      Pros

      Smart people, explosive opportunity in payments space. Great stated company values. Large variety of projects to work on. Great sense of community at the IC through Director level.

      Cons

      GE mentality has taken over VP and Sr. Director level. Politics and positioning are everything. Calibration curve is used inappropriately on high performing teams forcing sub-standard ratings to be assigned even though everyone is excellent.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
