      Great people to work with, there is a steep learning curve initially after the first few months it becomes a routine

      Cons

      very layered organization, highly political you cant survive if your preference is 'let the results speak for itself'

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
