      Pros

      1. Past Industry leader with global presence. Still one of the payment giants in US. 2. Great opportunity to operate in a cross-functional environment

      Cons

      1. Completely lost in strategies to counter growing competition, losing market value. 2. Leadership is not great with mission, and purpose. Frequent re-orgs ( once every 3-6 months) makes it difficult to find a starting base.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
