It's a paycheck. Some good benefits.
Cons
If you're good at your job, you get to do the job of all the slackers too and scolded if you cannot juggle everything. The work load is impossible to keep up with and the surveys are designed for you to fail. You could have multiple perfect 10 surveys but one or two 5-8s will negate all of it. (Since when did a 5=-100 and a 7=0?!) Bad behavior is rewarded and hard workers are punished for it. No communication or accountability between departments so customers are passed around. Pay is sub par for the amount of responsibilities and stress you will undertake. The Paychex motto should be "Don't worry, it'll get better.....someday."
