Micromanaging At its best Lack of respect Constant schedule changes with meeting and office time some at the last minute all with the expectation that you'll be there No camaraderie Management often uses bullying to get the message across Commission pay is awful. You work too hard for what you get paid No follow through with what management promises they will do It's considered outside sale however half of your week is spent in the office so that they can watch what you're doing.
