      Pros

      Decent pay. Great management. Annual review could equate to raise or bonus. Tasks were relatively easy to manage.

      Cons

      When an issue had arisen, it was difficult to find support and this caused significant pressure because management did not allow time away from handling client calls/E-mails to resolve concerns that required more attention. There were a significant amount of lazy and unhelpful coworkers.

      Pros

      Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

      Cons

      It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

      Pros

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Cons

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.
