      Great pay rate if capable to do the hard work, also a very friendly environment with a guaranteed 1$ raise per year.

      Cons

      Twenty plus miles of walking per day with and upwards of thirty five to forty thousand pounds of lifting a day.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
