      Penske has a genuine care and concern for associates. By far, the best company I have ever worked for. Wish I would have found Penske 20 years ago. Excellent pay and retirement benefits.

      Growing fast, sometimes faster than roles can be filled and associates can be developed.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
