Pros
9-5 type of job. Ok place to work if you can't get anything else. This is a call center so if you are not familiar with this, you are glued to a phone all day.
Cons
Management has made many different changes to save money. This is customer service which can be stressful if you are not used to take crap from people. You have to have a high level of patience to stay there long. The turn over rate is huge.
