Pros

They prepare you for your job thoroughly. I always has issues with supervisors/managers not taking time to really help me do my job well. They just throw you in and customers are angry because you hardly know what you're talking about while trying to assist them. They pay you a salary that makes you want to come to work. They provide events and incentives that make it fun to be at work :) I can go on!

Cons

I wish that other jobs did this. This job is a rare find and would be very difficult to replace in this job market if I should ever have no choice but to leave somewhere else.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
