Pros

The most impressive thing about Percepta is the level of sincere dedication I've observed across the global teams, at all levels of the organization - from ELT to frontline managers and advocates. It is rare in this industry to have the average tenure that Percepta has but people seem to stay around here longer than I would expect - that says a lot about the culture and people's optimism about the future.

Cons

All companies have challenges and the unique structure of Percepta gives it unique ones even within the CX industry. They require creativity and long-term strategic thinking to grow and build upon. This type of growth and change can feel painfully slow compared with the need so perseverance and commitment is required at all levels!

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
