Pros

I have had a surprisingly positive and encouraging experience from interview, hiring, training, abay and production. I have received a tremendous amount of support from leadership and peers. I've also seen 2 members of my team promoted out in the short time i've been here which is also encouraging. All are welcome and all are included. love the culture.

Cons

I'm currently hybrid but I would love the option to work from home full time remotely. I think once an employee has passed 90 days and is exceeding expectations they should be allowed to work remotely ft , providing they maintain top tier performance.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
