You will never be paid what you are worth. The big salaries and bonuses are spread out among the top tiers of leadership. The decision makers at the top have driven away top talent or found a way to reorganize and eliminate great people, leaving the company running on such a lean budget that those who stayed are working twice as hard with outdated software and no support resources.
The people are a transaction with this company, there is no human touch or people first approach...it's all about the bottom line.
