Let me begin by saying thank you for your feedback. Like most folks, we've certainly experienced a lot of change in the past year. In addition to weathering a pandemic, we've also been learning a lot about how to clearly articulate our mission and create a cohesive vision that unites the company. That hasn't always been easy and, as I'm sure you know, it doesn't happen overnight.
Despite what is in our name, we aren't perfect. But I'm encouraged by our momentum toward accelerating speed to care and making a real difference in the lives of clinicians, patients, and their families.
