Pros
- Work from home - Extra holidays (We have both US and Canadian Holidays off) - Generous PTO for people who have been with the company for a while - Most mid level managers, directors, and VPs are great to work with, but there are some major exceptions to this - Pay is generally good for most roles, though some are compensated better than others - I really do feel like our tools lead to positive outcomes in healthcare - I feel like I can take time off without being criticized - I have had great managers to work for
Cons
- Unrealistic sales goals causing the sales team to sign junk deals - Executive team comes off as rather untrustworthy during larger company meetings - There is always a feeling that the leadership goals are not what they display on company meetings, and that there is a secret agenda behind the curtain - There have been instances of skilled resources being let go due to reorganization - Lots of turnover (most companies face this as well, so not exclusive to PerfectServe) A longer note for those interested in working at PS: Your experience will depend a lot on which department you are hired into. Most departments are great and are full of fantastic teammates (I cannot emphasize this enough). There are a select few areas of the company that are incredibly toxic and difficult to work in. Thankfully, those are few and far between, but I want to warn those who want to work at PerfectServe that they do exist. Be extra weary in your interview process. If you find yourself in one of the more positive departments, I promise you will think PS is great.
