First off, corporate refused to pay out a bonus earned for the year 2015 when I left in 2016 for a different job. They told me that "because I wouldn't be around when the bonuses would be paid out, I wasn't eligible". I was employed for 2013 to 2016. In their HR documentation, it states "Unless otherwise stated in this document, participants must be employed by Philips through December 31, 2015 to remain eligible to receive an award.".
Management was good, though new managers weren't trained and did not know how to manage employees.
Constant upper management turnover.
Sales people would make sales without speaking to developers, making promises to customers that were not feasible with required testing. It was then the developers problem when it couldn't get completed.
Poor direction from upper management, things that should have taken days to get resolved stagnated for weeks.
Company spends more on making their offices look nice then keeping their employees happy.
