Remote work (currently), good benefits, lots of learning options

Cons

little room for advancement, remote work, below average pay, job requires overtime often (server upgrades, projects, etc...) and management isn't willing to pay for it any longer

Pros

Company culture is friendly and helpful!

Cons

The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
