Pros

The company has great technology and is firmly established in its industry. The employees are generally passionate about the industry and their ability to contribute to it. The global nature of the business makes it possible to experience multiple cultures and expat opportunities.

Cons

The company has been going through nearly continuous restructuring for the past 2 years. It is hard to tell what the strategy and long-term plan is - and how these changes are aligned with that. Increasingly, employees are not given the space to contribute at the level of their capabilities. Morale is down and the combination of low morale and continuous restructuring has many strong performers leaving the company.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
