      Majority great people who are kind, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The work is interesting and there are many opportunities to learn Good options to continue education on the company's dime

      Cons

      Ok benefits - not the best healthcare coverage, but decent enough Bad behavior is sometimes rewarded or not dealt with Very difficult to get promoted or get a raise

      Pros

      Caring for complete people internally and world ecosystem. Focus on making lives better with purposeful impact worldwide. Changes happening as around the world but continue to see push to promote from within.

      Cons

      Many levels of processes, however after working at a company where the processes were bypassed causing further delays down the line. I see and understand the purpose.

      Pros

      The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

      Cons

      Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
