The brand is incredible - I believe in it wholeheartedly. The salary is good, commission is excellent when it's paid out. Flexible working is set up well and the offices are lovely.

Cons

Toxic leadership, unattainable quotas, culture of fear. Multiple redundancies of excellent people.
