- Supports some of the nation's largest companies with workforce solutions, offering unique business insights - I work remotely, which isn't a common allowance but it does really improve work/life balance. - Partial reimbursement for continuing education - Very dedicated middle managers, and forward-thinking upper management

- Pay could be more competitive - Opportunities for career growth primarily require an openness to relocate to, or current proximity to, a handful of operational locations - Client demands open up the potential for long work hours
