Pros
Good culture, Flexible timings. Previous reviews have been added somewhat good by a couple of people as people were asked to give good reviews on Glassdoor by the founders.
Cons
Upper management is very weak technically but they try to get deep into all the problem statements and solutions. They hardly understand anything but will waste a lot of your time. Micro management. Slow and inefficient people at top level.
