Pros

Flexible work hours if needed Great mentors Training is good, but stay on the basics or you will end up on a performance improvement plan very quickly If you are young and want a sales job do this, but if you have a family and need financial stability this isn’t for you

Cons

Underpaid if you aren’t one of their top agents If you need time off, they look down upon you Turnover and burnout rate is very high Beware of the “potential earnings” dream The bonus and commission structure it’s really good on paper but most agents are hitting them high tier numbers

Pros

Power is a fantastic place to have a career. They offer many opportunities to train and learn new skills to help you advance your career. You have access to so many resources and leadership of all levels to learn from and grow with. Most companies talk about culture, but Power walks the walk. From leadership conferences, basketball and hockey tournaments to the year end party in Mexico, this will be the last place I work.

Cons

The stakes are high at Power. We work very hard and have high expectations. Due to the industry we are in there are unconventional hours and dealing with the elements.

Pros

Great culture. You’ll make genuine friends here and have a ton of support. Competitiveness is fun and not toxic. Training is top notch, but hard. Pay is at thrive if you follow their process.

Cons

Communication in training schedule isnt great. Things tend to change last minute so if you’re a parent it’s hard. You might have a lot of down time between appts but again, if you have children they will basically be with a nanny 24/7 unless you have a stay at home parent. Training pay is not great so you need to have savings going in, but will end up being worth it.
