Pros
Great pay and benefits, unlimited growth potential and amazing company culture. Helping out homeowners with their remodels in the most complained about industry in the country. Anytime you need help there are dozens of people willing and ready to give you a hand. Everyone's goal is for everyone not to just get better at their job but to become leaders and better people. Very green company and they only promote from within. As someone who dreaded office work and doing the same thing day in and day out, this was a very refreshing change where everyday is something different and fun. Working with your best friends and getting rewarded with numerous incentives and bonuses make this a pretty awesome place that never feels like work.
Cons
For the 1st year, you will be working most nights and it can be a hard adjustment for some used to 9-5. There is a lot of driving involved which can be considered another negative for some.
