Pros
The office I work with has very supportive management and staff. Head office experts can be reached and are very supportive. The company has telephone applications for insurance which frees up time for the financial representative to go to the next appointment. You can offer through Crump without restrictions. I worked for another company before and we can only go to Crump if the client is a table 5 and up.
Cons
Sometimes underwriting can take too long. From the time you write an application to the time you get paid can take 2-3 months depending on the case and how fast client responds. I worked for another insurance company before and things were much faster there.
