There is a huge disparity in who gets paid what, and it is so bad that it is almost unethical.
The leadership talk about 'team' and 'we' but getting a raise or creating a share plan that benefits the employees is no where to be seen. The conversation is about how employees are so important to us but there is a clear line for who is more important and who isn't.
The level of greed and competition drives nasty power hungry behaviours that crush everyone else in their path. And while this bullying and manipulation happens, so many of the leaders turn away and let the employees get crushed.
