      - Get lower value projects that real consulting firms don’t want. - Not really known for any expertise outside of internal audit. - They falsely market their capabilities to clients.

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
