The female operations leadership long ago formed a clique that only empowers the women that are within their group. If you are a female in the company and are not welcomed into the clique your career progression is nonexistent as they only promote and celebrate accomplishments made by their exclusive team. During my tenure, a number of women left the company all in direct correlation to the lack of females supporting females. Rather than supporting and encouraging the empowerment of those who work hard they hold women back if they have decided they are not a part of their group.
