I encourage you to learn more about areas of focus for our technology practices through conversations with your leaders. Regarding your concerns on diversity, I happen to lead that initiative for our HR team, so I can confirm that we have many ongoing initiatives that will help us to better recruit and retain diverse technology talent at all levels of the organization. As a matter of fact, just last week we attended the Women in Cybersecurity conference as a way to connect with more candidates and companies on this topic.
