      The people are great. I was constantly learning how to improve my technical skills as well as my knowledge of certain industries from those I worked on project teams with.

      The organization is struggling to change it's image in the current economic environment.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
