Pros

You really are surrounded by great people, and the 40 hour workweek is real.

Cons

Extremely burdensome administrative processes spanning all aspects of the company from budgeting, to project accounting, to employee reviews. Heavy on the Staff Augmentation, when marketed as a 'management consulting' firm. A lof of internal politics surrounding which employees are forced into 'staffing company' type production work and lone staffing. Policies surrounded pay, time off and benefits very unclear, and struggled to be understood by most. Projects are widely underbudgeted, with most detriment directly impacting the management level and below, and not the director level.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that it's been difficult when it comes to handling administrative processes and the types of projects where you are engaged. I will share this feedback directly to ensure we are focused on it, and I also encourage you to share it with you career adviser and talent manager. I also encourage you to join or listen into the iKnow sessions on pay and benefits where we walk through our salary methodology and detailed feedback on our benefits programs. Your local HR manager can also help you more fully here as well. Thanks again for the feedback and we hope we can help make things easier for you going forward.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
