Pros

-Diverse range of clients in various industries -DTLA location in high rise building -Free coffee

Cons

-Management only looks out for themselves and promote their own friends circle -EXTREMELY high turnover. People leave because the company makes their lives so miserable. -NO work life balance. Be prepared to work very long hours. -LOW compensation for LONG hours and LONG commutes -Company does not even cover employee parking expenses at their DTLA office -UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! Poorly trained managers who gossip about, embarrass, and degrade employees under them. When they are reported, no one takes action. -Management does not care to implement any changes from employee feedback. Feedback is attained via surveys or live discussions. -LACK OF ETHICS. Employees are regularly encouraged to take their time with work in order to charge more hours to the client. Employees unethically charge the client even for time spent surfing the web, talking about personal topics, etc. There is so much more. I do not recommend working for this company. Do your research before joining. All the positive reviews from the LA office are from current management.

I'm so sorry to hear your feedback as this absolutely does not align to our experiences and expectations. I hope it goes without saying that we would absolutely not condone taking longer to do work than necessary. We would be happy to get work done more efficiently and beat a client's expectation there. I have shared your concerns with our leadership team so they can review and act as needed. Thank you!

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
