- In my experience, when things go downhill at Protiviti it is the newer hires that end up shouldering the negative effects. New hires are usually staffed on the production projects requiring insanely long hours and boring work and then are not bonus eligible after they've logged hundreds of chargeable hours per week.
-Compensation is not up to par with other consulting firms, even if we work fewer hours on average - there's definitely room to improve on starting salary, 401k match, etc.
- Management can be a bit tone deaf - when bad news comes down, its usually wrapped in tons of business jargon and spoonfed to you as if its some kind of gift.
