A recent round of layoffs among the consultant,senior consultant, and manager ranks has cast some doubts on this firm's ability to grow sales at it previous pace. An initial heavy reliance on Sarbanes-Oxley and internal audit engagements has made it difficult to re-brand itself as a firm that offers other types of consulting services. The employee benefits are limited with very small 401K match, restrictive stock profit-sharing program, and limited tuition reimbursement.
