      I have never worked anywhere where the culture revolves around pushing people into wrong behaviours, a total lack of trust from anyone in a management role. At field level contrasting and conflicting instructions which creates needless noise and a distraction from core activity.

      Great employer to work with. Good people and management is on point. All I need to say is that that company is fantastic.
