      There are some truly great, knowledgeable people working here who genuinely care about patients and their work. The staff in many departments are committed and bring valuable experience to the table, which helps keep things running despite challenges.

      Cons

      There’s a noticeable lack of leadership oversight in key areas, particularly in operations that require close monitoring. This can lead to inconsistencies, communication breakdowns, and a sense that some concerns go unaddressed. The absence of clear direction from management affects overall accountability and morale.

      Pros

      Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

      Cons

      When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
