Destinations were diverse, Promotions are very quick due to high attrition.
Cons
Worst airline in terms of treatment of its staff. Pay is half of competitors like Etihad & Emirates, Management is rotten, Employees are not permitted a personal/social life. Crew are not permitted to get married for first 5 years of employment. One has to seek written authorisation from the CEO to get married. Rigid harsh upper management. The worst CEO and Cabin Crew Manager.
