      - Good benefits - Calm culture - Generally nice people

      Cons

      - Decent facilities - Salary packages not competent for non-engineering (non-core programming) employees - Very slow culture (need to be more action oriented) - Low visibility of career progression (slow promotions cycles - 4-5 yrs on an avg!)

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
