Pros
Located in San Diego. That is the only pros I see.
Cons
Working in one of the team with very bad work culture.Work pressure all the year round with 12 hours per day.Have been in Qualcomm for more then 4 years and 6 years of experience in total. Struggling for promotion and they give a reason as tight budget cut.Work atmosphere is sullen.No recognition or awards for work . Insurance policy has gone worse.
