      Biased Work envionment ,mostly focus on hiring known old colleagues . Interview process is not correct. Undefined workload Bad management HR team is not fully skilled they knwo vey less of policy

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
