Pros
Has a great company view point when it comes to mental health, and seems to genuinely care about its employees. They offer great benefits as soon as you start training. Definitely lots of room for growth if that is what you are looking for. Definitely a great company to get started in your financial career.
Cons
Starting at the call centre, the wage is barely above what I was making on EI. Going through training during the pandemic, I was left feeling very alienated and not at all connected to my fellow colleagues. There is room for growth which is great, but appears it will take a while to get there. Wage is low, you have four seconds between each call to gather yourself, and you are penalized when you don't take your breaks on time (even if you are helping a customer).
