      I'm employed and earning an hourly rate.

      Cons

      Temps don't have the same health care as employees. Medical costly and $10,000 annual coverage, $40k lifetime only! No attempt has been made to locate a better position although I've made several inquiries over a year.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
