Pros
Some departments are better than others, but these are very few and far between. On the whole, I have nothing positive to say.
Cons
Toxic work environment. Company morale is at an all-time low. Employees have zero faith in upper-level management, and for good reason. Employee benefits are abysmal. Employee efforts are overlooked and unappreciated. I couldn't get out of this job fast enough!
