Pros
My experience with my recruiter at Randstad was a positive one. It was easy to work with the recruiter to look for opportunities that matched my work experience and skills. Randstad helped me land my first entry level tech job. There were opportunities to improve troubleshooting and customer service skills and to learn various systems and tools. My direct manager was approachable and provided regular feedback.
Cons
While HR and the support team were helpful once engaged, faster and more proactive communication would have improved the overall employee experience. Compensation was fair for entry-level roles, but not particularly competitive compared to industry standards. There's limited room for increases unless you change roles.
