6yThanks for sharing your views and concerns. All Rapyd employees receive the option for health care coverage as a standard benefit for our global workforce. There has been no change in company policy on this due to the COVID situation in terms of insurance coverage. All employees who wish to have it can get coverage.
In regards to your comments about culture and work environment - it’s something the company takes very seriously. It's a key reason we are one of the fastest-growing Fintech startups in the world. We constantly check with our teams to understand how they are doing through initiatives from company-wide employee satisfaction surveys, one-on-one conversations with regional HR managers on a quarterly basis, global town-hall meetings with open and anonymous questions and answers, and fireside chats with our global executive team. As a result, the vast majority of our employees are happy to work at Rapyd. In our most recent employee satisfaction survey over 90% of our staff indicated that overall they were happy to work at Rapyd, and 86% said their managers visibly demonstrated a commitment to quality. Despite these great results, we continue improving and launched a mentorship program among many other initiatives to improve satisfaction and overly professionalism. We're sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been as positive as you wished, but thank you for your feedback.
