We were told compensation structure was changing for the better and they proceeded to make 10k paycuts to majority of the department, additionally, they made our bonus metrics unrealistic, so we took a hit on pay in our bonuses as well.
Pay cuts took place, and raises have been delayed, and when they came around they were 1-2% each time for mostly everyone (not considering inflation at all). They laid people off but said it wasn't a necessity, and proceeded to ask more of employees. Announcing that they're changing our compensation structure again, it's hard not to feel jaded after the changes revolving pay. Especially when families depend on their full time jobs to create a sense of security when it comes to finances.
Lots of changes - lack of training that is actually productive and keeps employees in mind.
They ask for feedback and take what they want (sliver of the issues) and say "we hear you".
Moral is low.
Leadership lacks diversity.
