Pros

There are none to give. the overall rating should not even be one star

Cons

This company at one time was great. It was owned privately and paid well. People were treated like family. Then it was purchased by CHUBB Security. They were also very good owners, great benefits, great people. Then it went down hill after a Security group from Florida bought us. They got rid of all the upper management, pushed people out the door, overworked and underpaid everyone. Morale went from good to bad to horrible in just a few months. You had a Regional that used to fly in from Boston and he would make crude jokes about the city and the sports franchises. Promoted people with no college education, to positions that had no business being in. Paired down the group to nearly nothing but then piled work that was left over to the people that had the unfortunate circumstance of still being there. People were nasty, back biting, back stabbing friend to your face foe behind your back. The Ops manager was a power hungry Ogre that you either did it his way or he would be on you like a bad suit until you either succumbed or quit. I worked there for five years. The last two years was like living in hell waiting to get a pass to leave. I would not work for this place ever whomever you are, try Doyle, or Paul Brown. This place is the absolute life sucking, morale deflating, overworking place I had the displeasure of working for. I would not want my worst enemy working for this crappy, old man mentality, over stuffed balloon headed management, who could care less about you and your family. The benefits suck, the pay sucks, the people suck, it all sucks. I hope this helps you in your decision.

Pros

Nothing good to say bere

Cons

Well let's talk about management. First of all the managers will not back up their employees even if the employee proves that they are right. Management appears to believe the words of a newer person rather than the seasoned employee. The best thing I did was to leave. And oh yeah by the way talk about breaking security measures, every month we would get a printout of all of our customers with all of their serial numbers and all of their combinations on paper
