Pros

There is nothing good to say about this company or the local office at all.

Cons

Manangement Lack of Structure Most employees here are to busy worrying about what others are doing instead of focusing on their on workload and gossiping or playing on their cell phones. There is sexual harassment and discrimination from all levels of management and even non management and if you say something they will find any way to get rid of you. There is a lot of shady things going on behind the scenes here at this local office. Management cooks the books every month to obtain their monthly bonus. Married Management having sexual relationships with employees in the office. They Forge Documents to hide any issue from the government agencies (especially if there is an accident at a job site involving an employee getting hurt) The Management team speaks to you how ever they want to including swearing at you in front of you fellow coworkers there is no respect here. There is a lot of nepotism in this office The pay plan is horrible They cause damage at customer job sites and lie to the customers to get them to pay for the repairs instead of the company doing the right thing and owning up to it and fixing what they mess up. The problem is they have the worst managers in this office

Pros

Nothing good to say bere

Cons

Well let's talk about management. First of all the managers will not back up their employees even if the employee proves that they are right. Management appears to believe the words of a newer person rather than the seasoned employee. The best thing I did was to leave. And oh yeah by the way talk about breaking security measures, every month we would get a printout of all of our customers with all of their serial numbers and all of their combinations on paper
