Being a relatively new player in market and a small part of the company, there are many opportunities to learn many facets of business and technology.
Cons
in experienced Leadership who don't know how to deal with stakeholders and people, no proper planning makes life miserable during feature launches, culture imbibed with old school traditions, people not encouraged to question leadership decisions even how wrong it may be. 9 hours of login time in office else salary cut and many other things which make it employee unfriendly.
