      Good at painting a great picture of themselves

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about quality or treating employees like they are valued. They like to make it seem like they strive for quality and care about the people. But, they only care about the almighty dollar going into their pockets. The management continues to get raises and bonus' while the hourly people who have worked hard to keep the doors open get little to nothing.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
